iPhone apps for Real Estate

It has been about 3 or 4 month since I made the switch from my blackberry to the iPhone. Keep in mind I carried a Blackberry for about 7 years. I had a RIM device when they were 2 way pages, and every version since, so making the switch has not been easy. However, at this point if you put a iPhone and BB next to each other, i would have to take the iPhone. The main reason is for the apps it has, and the major downside is the ATT service. Now the data service is definitely faster without question. Verizon’s network at least in the New England Market is superior, but the data is for sure slower.

The touch screen was tough to get used to, and in fact i am still not completely used to it. I could type out a message on my BB in seconds, the iPhone slows me down in that aspect.

So with that said, let me list my favorite apps for my iPhone.

Facebook app – Everyone i am sure is familiar with this one
enote Lite app – Great way to make and take notes and file them in multi folders within the app
Quick Voice app – Dictation machine type program, for quick voice notes
Four Square app – This app lets you check in from a variety of your favorites places and posts with facebook
NearBuy app – This app will find every home for sale with a certain milage radius from where you are located
Trulia app – Great Real Estate information site
Zillow app – Search homes and great information resource
Yelp app – Rate your favorite places online and set up a profile to share with your friends
Google app – all things google are within this app
wordpress app – have wordpress blog, type a quick blog from your phone
LinkedIn app – Allows you to keep up with your LinkedIn account via your iphone

This is certainly not a complete list of whats available for realtors, but it is what i have on my iPhone that i seems to use pretty regularly.
